Processing is carried out in compliance with Law No. 2019-29 of 10 October 2019 on the protection of personal data in the Republic of the Congo.

Identity: first and last name.
Contact details: e-mail address, telephone number.
Professional information: company or institution name.
Request details: nature of the project (construction, energy, maintenance), location, message content.

3. Purposes of Processing

Responding to your information requests and preparing our quotes;
Managing the commercial relationship and our worksites;
Complying with our legal, accounting and archiving obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based, as the case may be, on your consent (contact form), on the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract, and on compliance with our legal obligations.

5. Retention Period

Prospects: 3 years from the last contact;
Clients: throughout the contractual relationship, then for the limitation and retention periods required by Congolese commercial law and the OHADA Uniform Acts.

6. Data Recipients

Your data is intended solely for the internal departments of B-Tropic authorised to process it. B-Tropic does not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be disclosed to our technical service providers (in particular our hosting provider) strictly as necessary to operate the site, and to the authorities where required by law.

B-Tropic implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
